Cancellation:
At The UV Chaser, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected circumstances may arise. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 5 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or applied to a new appointment.
Please ensure that you cancel 5 days before your scheduled appointment via the order confirmation email . Any bookings cancelled after that time limit are subject to a 20% penalty .
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. The full cost of the service is charged for these appointments.
We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring our cancellation policy to ensure that each client receives the attention and quality service they deserve.

I am aware that there is no guarantee of treatment results, which are dependent on several factors, such as my individual skin type, lifestyle, medical conditions , and consistency . I acknowledge that I may require months of consistency in both my skincare and lifestyle to achieve the desired results.
I will read the post-consultation instructions provided and I understand the importance of adhering to these instructions for optimal results , and minimizing any adverse effects. If I have any questions regarding the post-treatment instructions or treatment, I will consult the skincare consultant immediately for clarification.
I certify that to the best of my knowledge, I have provided complete and accurate information about my medical history, including any known allergies, current prescriptions, and any topical treatments I am currently using.
By signing below, I confirm that I have been fully informed of the potential risks, benefits, and complications and I voluntarily agree to engage in the consultation and the recommendations thereafter .
